MSc Clinical Nutrition · gut & digestive health
Bloating on a Tuesday means nothing on its own. Bloating on eleven Tuesdays, always after the same meal, is a finding. We build protocols from your logged pattern — not from a template that was written before we met.
A real client fortnight
Two poor days, both within 24 hours of the same reintroduced food. That is the conversation the next session starts with.
The sequence
01 — Free
Twenty questions across motility, symptoms, diet, lifestyle and history. You get a scored read and the two domains driving it.
02 — First session
Forty-five minutes on history, medication, labs and what you actually eat at home. You leave with a written protocol, not a PDF meal plan.
03 — Between sessions
Thirty seconds a day: what you ate, how your stool looked, how you felt. This is the part that makes the protocol adjustable.
04 — Ongoing
We read your strip, find what correlates, and reintroduce foods one at a time. Elimination is never the destination.
What this is not
This is not a diagnostic service and it does not replace your doctor. Blood in stool, unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habit after 45 belong with a gastroenterologist first. We will say so and refer.

Answer honestly rather than optimistically — the score is only useful if it is true. Nothing is stored until you choose to send it.
